Radisson - Taste of Heritage

This project was developed at Apple Tree for Radisson Hotels, a well-known hospitality brand.

Radisson Collection is the most premium brand within Radisson Hotels, defined by its strong connection to heritage, gastronomy, and art. My role in this project was to develop a content concept that would bring these brand pillars to life in an engaging and culturally relevant way.

We created “Taste of Heritage”, a storytelling idea where a local influencer visits a Radisson Collection hotel in their country and cooks alongside the hotel’s restaurant chef. Together, they reinterpret traditional dishes through a contemporary, artistic lens—perfectly matching the brand’s identity.

Multi-Platform Content Strategy

The format was designed to work both for the website and Instagram, with shorter, more dynamic edits adapted to social media consumption. While the filming and editing were executed locally by each destination, our team provided the creative direction and core concept to ensure a consistent narrative across markets.
